Our Studio Suite is designed for individuals or couples seeking a cosy and private retreat with ample space to unwind. With a space of 510 sq.ft. filled with natural light, this suite comes with a choice of 1 King-sized Bed or 2 Single Beds and one bathroom as well as a kitchenette.

• Check-in: 3.00PM (15:00). For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.
• Check-out: 12.00 NOON (12:00) For late check-outs at 6 pm, it will be chargeable at half day rate. For check-outs after 6 pm, 1 full day charge applies. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: All other reservations can be cancelled or changed up to 6pm (18:00) the day prior to arrival. No-shows, cancellations or changes made after this time will result in a charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided.
• Pet Policy: The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
• Payment: Starting 1 Jan 2023, room rates are subject to Tourism Tax (TTx) at RM10nett per room per night to be paid upon check in. Applicable to only Non-Malaysians (foreigner passport holders with a valid KL work permit and Permanent Residents are exempted).
• Guarantee Policy: Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Rooms will be held all night for arrival.
• Smoking Policy: Hotel enforces a no smoking policy in all guestrooms and enclosed public areas. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be imposed upon smoking activity detected in guestrooms. Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are also prohibited as well. Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette or other objectionable odours.
• Rate, Currency and Tax: All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia currency, inclusive of 6% Sales & Service Tax, unless otherwise stated.Rates and policies subject to change.
